Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any application ("App") developed by Günaydın App Studio ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our Apps.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not allow you to modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of our Apps.

Subscriptions & Payments

Some of our Apps offer subscription-based features. All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's payment terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policy.

AI-Generated Content

Some of our Apps use artificial intelligence to generate content (text, images, video). You understand that:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate
• You are responsible for reviewing and using AI-generated content appropriately
• We do not guarantee specific results from AI features
• AI-generated content should not be used for illegal, harmful, or misleading purposes

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our Apps for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or infrastructure
• Use our Apps to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our Apps
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our Apps or their output

Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding in our Apps are owned by Günaydın App Studio and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. Features like AI generation and digital measurement are provided as tools and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for critical decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Günaydın App Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Apps.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
